Yeah, I'm as confused as you are. Was the Caravan really just a PR stunt? Can't believe they actually traveled that far and not even get to see or show Chris Bosh some love.
Ya man at first i thought it would be cool to go with them but WOW if it ends like this for them it will suck but there is probably a reason they are in miami though
not huge news but this was from feign twitter "Bosh won't find a better situation than HOU. Defensive 5. Knockdown 2. Can't go wrong with either PG. Will be in penalty all game!" http://twitter.com/RocketsJCF
looks like the FA summit is in MIA, Florida. http://www.nba.com/2010/news/07/01/free.agency.ap/index.html?ls=iref:nbahpt2
feign finally updated his blog at 3:01 lol http://www.nba.com/rockets/news/on_the_road_the_official_blog_2010_06_28.html no more map where could they be? thats right miami lol
no need to read just this qoute repeated 14 times "This is why you go on road trips: you put up with all the insanity, the long hours, the cabin fever and the utter exhaustion because deep down inside you know something completely unpredictable, out of the blue and utterly memorable is likely to take place that will make it all somehow seem worthwhile. "
You'll never know. That's what they always say. At least the guys from the caravan are going to have a good time there.
Okay so Morey went to Dallas but the Cavaran went to Miami, for what? Interesting concept but I guess I just don't get it?
I read on a twitter, Morey directed them to Miami to meet up with Bosh, but Bosh chose to use Dallas as his homebase without Morey's knowledge, so this last minute changes caused Morey to go to Dallas instead, so the caravan is not going to meet anyone except beach. Good news is that If Bosh isn't in Miami, it may mean he is open to anything.
They just don't listen to us do they Yoyo? We give them info and they argue. Oh well, at least we can take solice in knowing what's going on...
if this is true I would feel sorry for them, but they just got a free trip to Miami on the Rockets dime...so......
They need to salvage it somehow by convincing Wade to sign with Houston. If Bosh isn't going there and LeBron is staying home or heading to Chicago, what would be the point in him remaining with the Heat?
Does anyone know if the caravan is back in town yet? If not, it would be mighty cool to have a lot of fans there to cheer for them when they get back. Something along the lines of when the Oilers lost to the Steelers in the playoffs. It wouldn't hurt to have some players there as well. They've got to be tired & a little disheartened about now. This could go a long way towards lifting their spirits.
