Great post. Every time Stein posts something you don't like it's not part of some giant Mavs conspiracy against the Rockets.

and can't shoot. He can't even get pass the .300 mark. Just imagine him getting the ball for a corner 3 shot in the last 2-3 secs. :p

What Rockets need for a PG really is somebody who can bring the ball, give it to Harden, defend PGs/SGs and shoot the 3. Somebody as tall, lanky and flexible as Livingston perhaps...

Thanks. I definitely think there is some truth to what Stein is reporting, and in general (even for a Mavs guy who is close to Cuban) he's actually pretty fair in reporting just the facts about teams and the Rockets.

In this situation I don't know how anyone with a straight face can think that its not at least a possibility that the Rockets waive Lawson.

However, like mentioned before I think the smarter move (if they can stomach doing it) would be to send him away with an injury so they can try and use his contract in June for a trade. If they waive him then they are just really nice people who want to give him a chance with another team this year pretty much out of the goodness of their heart. They don't owe the little guy anything IMO.

Harden's maybe just not that good then.

Bev and Lawson aren't the only two types of pf's, but they are pretty different.

Maybe the problem is Harden needing his porridge just right.

Because Hashem Thabeet, Jonny Flynn, Terrence Williams, Jordan Hill, Earl Clark don't work out too well.

Why the f would Ty still want to be a FA this year.

Even in a year of crazy ridiculous contracts likely to be handed out, is someone giving Ty Lawson a good deal... ??
