WHOA... you're exactly right, I didn't think about it this way. Hasn't f*ck*ng Steve Taskhole called most of our other games? I think I am p*d off more at something other than the game. I freakin' hate Steve.

Man, even the commercials are more fun than watching the game. :(

If I thought Coleman was going to be a leader, I was mistaken. He should have been the one screaming at ****hanan instead of Dunte. I hate Steve Tasker, by the way.

"This is a great place to play football. But only if you can win games. Otherwise, it's a great place to play. You HAVE TO win games." WTF is THAT about...???? F*ck y**, Steve.

I know it's been said before, but let me say it again.

    This team ****ing stinks.

I wish when the Texans had home games at noon, FOX would play six episodes of the Simpsons or King of the Hill.

Tasker has been restrained, but honest. There is so much he could say that is accurate about the weak areas of the Texans. Worst team in league? Worst team in a couple of years? Absolute fraud of a head coach. That the Steelers third string O line is far better than the Texan's starters. That Buchanen is as costly a mistake as can be imagined in personal decisions. Oakland knew he could not play, but he sure looked like Texan material. We gave up a step slow all Pro in Aaron Glenn for the receivers best friend. Were do the season ticket holders get there money back?

At least there are some positives in this game. I have 3 fantasy teams. In 1 I started Pittsburgh's defense. In the other two with ind. defensive players I started Polamalu. And, I saved a bunch of money on my car insurance by switching to geico. So, its not all bad.

The Cinncinnati head coach and defense will destroy the Texans sham offense in two weeks. Crap Capers will talk about adjustments and the Bengal defensive players will be fighting each other for the chance to pad their stats against the Texans.

Whatare the odds that in the next game it will look once again as if the defense has an extra linebacker playing? 70 / 30?

I honestly think they shouldn't talk to the media for all of the next week... there's no reason to. What are they going to say, "uhh... we need to play better."

    Yea, no s***.

Wow, David has been sacked 13 times in 2 games.

He's on pace to eclipse his record setting rookie numbers of 76 sacks, to 104 sacks this year.

If he lives through this season he should get some type of ironman award. Either that or he should get to beat the living crap out of Casserly for putting an o-line together that has more holes in it than swiss cheese.

...on the brightside at least we won't lose next week. ;)

So happy I didnt trade Willie Parker (my 14th round pick) for Dom Davis (his 1st round.) As a Texans fan, I wanted to do it...but no.

Casserly needs to be fired right now. I've seen some bad moves in my time, but the Babin and P-Burnt trades are just a joke. We traded away two 2nds, two 3rds, and a 4th for both of these jokers. McNair, it's time to clean house and start with Mr. Casserly.

This whole team is bad. We'll be lucky to win 2 games.

Just got back from the game. It was brutally hot. Probably to the hottest game I've been too, and I've been to every one. I have PSLs, good seats down low on the 35 yard line. But I could only sit in my seats for half the game; when the sun hit them, it had to be 125 degrees.

Why the hell don't they close the roof in this heat? It's crazy. Someone please explain what they are thinking. I should have been a coward and sold my seats to a Steelers fan. We were surrounded by Steelers fans - everyone else must have sold their tickets. It felt like a road game.

p.s. the Texans suck, too. The honeymoon's over.

    Pansy! :D

Seriously, though... they were looking for some sort of edge, and opening the roof against a team that wears all black didn't look like that bad of an idea. Who knows how much worse they would have been able to run up the score without it!

But, the fans of Houston are pretty spoiled. They've had domed stadiums throughout their existence... and I'm of the group that feels that a dome should really be used in cases of rain... but that implies a stadium with some actual air circulation (like MMP). Reliant has none... so if I was sitting in the sun, I'd be pretty upset (but its definitely not "crazy").

The Texans appear to have taken a HUGE step backwards. They slept-walked through the offseason and did nothing to improve their offensive line. Big mistake. Their talent level appears to have declined. They are in serious trouble with the Bengals up next, which will likely be uglier than this one. How easy was it to see this coming last summer? When sports board posters are smarter than the team's management, well, that's nothing short of pathetic. ;)

The game did indeed feel like an away game.

This team is just horrible. Instead of aruging who sucks more between the O-Line and David Carr, can we just agree that they both suck ass. David had a wide open Andre Johnson at the 10 yard line and threw it over his head. Because the line is so bad, even when Carr has time, he panics and still scrambles. Also, there is no excuse for running out of bounds behind the line of scrimmage.

This team has absolutely no heart. This is going to be a very long year. The only good news was that T-Mac was sitting in our section. He left in the first quarter, probably to go work on his game to ensure that his Rockets never embarass the city as much as these guys.

It's not surprising that the Texans are 0-2 right now - they played a good team on the road and a great team at home.

What is surprising, and unacceptable, is that the Texans haven't competed in either of those games. Back-to-back blowouts like this are the mark of an expansion team, and the fans deserve better than that after 4 years.

Or Maybe, we didn't deserve to look as good as we did the first 2-3 years.

Seriously... our expansion team defense definitely had more talent than our defense right now:
    Glenn (Pro-bowler)
    Coleman (younger/faster/something to prove)
    Sharper
    Payne (healthy)
    Walker (healthy and I think a pro-bowler)

Right now, we no longer have Glenn and Sharper, their replacements aren't that much better, and the rest of the hold-overs are a year older/not healthy. Only Robinson and maybe Peak show some sort of spark on defense... but that's not enough.
