Its mainly because Parsons is playing so many minutes and the fact that he's always on the floor whether the Rockets are struggling or doing good. Plus he's on the floor a lot of times when other teams have their best scorer on the floor. But overall, that stat doesn't really mean anything. Parsons is playing a great all around game, even if he's not shooting well, he would find other ways to impact the game.
