    Amen
    P.Mills
    Landale
    Tari
    Cam

We'll trick everyone by starting those 5 and crush their second units with our bench

Jalen, Sengun and FVV are the main offense guys who will be starting. Dillion Brooks and Jabari will be focusing on defense. We are hoping Jalen and Sengun to turn to Stars in the 3rd year. Amen needs to play 25 minutes and make 1st team rookie selection. We are missing a interior defender

Didn’t you predict more than 32 for last year’s squad? ;)

Young potentials in Green, Sengun, Smith, Eason, Cam & Smith with a mix of experience in KPJ, Tate, FVV, Mills & Brooks seem like a much better-balanced team. Need a backup big man though.

I gave two paths before opening night

    1) The non tanking path where we go for play in
    &
    2) The tanking path being the other

    We choose the tanking path.

This years team should be higher than your non tanking path from last year. It’s a significantly better team.

    FVV / Amen
    Green/Whitmore
    KPJ/Brooks
    Jabari/Tari
    Sengun/that other guy

KPJ is starting for shooting and until he shows he can’t start

This is the lineup...but it would be great if one of amen, whitmore or tari forced their way in eventually.

The non tanking team last year path was about 34 wins.
The tanking path I believe I said 25 wins.

    The non tanking team had:
*Projected Spacing: Tate was giving us Summer (Ben Simmons videos) 3-pt
shooting. Started season injured which took away that rythme.

*Defense: at first I said 12 to top 10 defense.....changed it to
around 15th. I had Silas playing Bari and Tari together from
December on.....Rockets were around 8th in defense after the
All Star break with Tari and Bari sharing the court more.

*Sengun was to hit 33% from 3 (he did); but on 4-5 (3's) a game.
    Not 0.8 per game.

*Jabari was a sharp shooter from 3 in college....I was projecting him to
shoot 37% (I believe).....I expected it from Christmas - on. Not just the
    last 3 weeks or so.

*Silas didn't do a lot that I would have done. I said before opening
night stager Jalen Green.....that sitting them together was obvious
tanking. Really playing Nix and TyTy? That was A**

*Silas 4th quarter sitting down hot players was an obvious tank job as well.

    New team with new coach

    *It's
my opinion that a new coach takes about two months for the
new players to learn the new schemes and systems. And that's why
the players more or less knowing most of your teammates......enter
new coach, coaches, teammate wholesale changes. See Celtics
    with Udoka promoted.....the first 36 games was .500 (18-18).
Giving Amen and Cam Whitmore on the job training??

Udoka had to pull Schroder with about 9 games before the trade
deadline. Udoka had a hand in bringing in Schroder. That was the
Schroder that turned down about $18M from the Lakers the season
before and bet on himself. So when people say Udoka knows
    Point Guards....I have my doubts.

*This team has no spacing: VanVleet was about 34% last year and I'm
reading and hearing Raptors fans for months that his shot selection
    sucked. Totally inefficient volume chunker.

*I was high on Dillion Brooks. Mentioned it after 20/21. Fans here said
they were from Memphis and watch every Grizz game.....Dillion is the
most inefficient, poor shot selector, bone head ever. Will drive me crazy.
I started watching him closely after that and I must agree. He shows
flashes, gritty defender, but thinks he is Scottie Pippin in his prime shooting
wise from 3 and pull ups.

*All the ball screens and cutting, slashing movement of Udoka
offense won't matter if there are no 3-pt shooting threats.
Defenses will just pack the paint. Snuff out any back door passing
    or slashing to the rim.

We are looking at 4 Rockets needing to be in the paint every possession
and 5 defenders packing the paint. Playing basketball in an elevator.
This is why VanVleet stats are similar to KPj's last season. Rockets were
30th in 3's while the Raptors were 27th.

*Without Kawhi and then Lowry.....VanVleets numbers have been decreasing.
The uptick in assists is when Poeltl was obtained and VanVleet milked
that connection. Didn't result in many wins. Raptors ended up 41-41.

Probably 10 more wins than the Rockets i project this year.
Raptors were better coached, with better players, using the
same systems offensively and defensively than this current
    Rockets team.

    31 wins

Yes, It was with you.....and I'm sure I said 34 wins last year (and added: unless we are
tanking). I believe I even mentioned 25 games if tanking....that Vegas had us at 29 wins
    before opening night, Or ESPN?

We could've won 26-27 with competent hc tbf. We lost too many games in the 4th quarter. I wasn't really mad at blowout games but these losses were killing me.

I think you need KPJ as our 6th Man because our bench needs a offense punch. Brooks is our defense stopper. Jeff Green can still play and will be our backup PF. I see him pushing Jabari to play better overall on defense.
I love the Jeff Green…veteran, teacher locker room guy and can still play…champion pedigree

I love the FVV…..veteran point guard, all star, tough, shoot 3 pointers, can play both guards, locker room guy….champion pedigree

I love the Dillion Brooks……tough, defense minded, been on winning team…bring the physicality

    I love Jock Landale…tough, hustler, defense minded…..physicality

Honestly, we did good today! Last year, we needed a veteran point guard, better defenders, veterans and shooters

FVV is our point guard, Brooks is our perimeter defender , Green is our veteran. FVV will help our 3 point shooting

WE HAVE NO INTERIOR DEFENSE, TEAM ARE GOING TO DO LAYUP DRILLS ON OUR DEFENSE…I WANTED LOPEZ
BUT I STILL WANT MYLES TURNER OR CAPELA…OUR GRADE IS A B-….we need interior defense and a shooter
