Mind you All was done without ever going under.500.It is incredibly difficult to rebuild in the NBA without losing. I don't think any other team has had such a turn over in rosters without having a lottery pick. Even the "great spurs" (**** the spurs) had Tui shut down David Robinson so they could draft Duncan. Ass far as winning goes the GM can only put together a roster the rest is up to players and coaches.
