Technically he still has leverage, if Trump wants this done it will get done. I don't think he would withdraw his Supreme Court nomination but again...this is Trump AND blackmail along with a side of extortion seems to be his style.
Based on his "more bizarre than what we're used to" actions of the last few days, I would say trump is capable of literally anything. I would love it if he withdrew the nomination. Barrett is blatantly against Choice, among other things. Of course, after the election he might nominate her again, because he's a lunatic. Strange days.
