JVG is a bone head. now he has no choice but play players he "doesnt even know." you think these guys like baxter or graham would have ever got a chance. God answered their prayers.

I don't know about Graham, but Bowen is very limited. He's good at chasing around agile PFs, like Dirk, but he can't stay with true SFs - he's quick, but he's no stopper like Bruce Bowen. He can't guard banging PFs and he can't shoot well enough to play either forward position. He's a nice piece to have, but Graham wouldn't have to show a lot to improve on Bowen.

And why not audition some guys right now? You're probably going to lose anyway. No telling when you'll find the next Bo Outlaw, Mario Elie, etc.

Well certainly the Rockets should consider givign Graham some of Swift's minutes. I do not know whether Swift lacks BB instincts or if he is over thinking.... but it is certainly painful to watch him on the court. He looks lost and is a liability on both sides of the ball.

I wouldn't mind seeing Graham get 20-30 minutes of PT. Baxter too. At this point, we all know exactly what we're going to get from players like Wesley, Howard, and Bowen every single night. Solid play, but simply not enough for us to be successful. I'd like to see what some of these unknowns are capable of. It may be less than what we're getting from our current rotation. It may be more. But now is the time to find out.

Can we please get Stephen Graham some more minutes?

Sure he is a FA, but with all the injuries, we might as well see if he can play.

I liked his defense tonight and the give and go with Stro was nice...

He has WAY more athleticism than most of the Rockets.....

Come on, who is with me?

    FREE MOONLIGHT GRAHAM !!

I agree with you man but JVG is a stubborn a-hole. He refuses to give young guys playing time. Look at Luther, at first he rarely played him but he was forced to after a couple of games. JVG and Bowen must be related because JVG loves him for some damn reason. IMO, Bowen shouldn't even be in this league. The guy has no skills. I could find a guy at the Y with more game than him.

How about this lineup next game

    C-Lonny Baxter
    PF-Juwan Howard
    SF-Stephen Graham
    SG-Tracy McGrady
    PG-Luther Head

Baxter and Graham deserve more PT after today's game. Luther has struggled but he is our best backcourt defender and he can't have two nights in a row off. Wesley is slow and and horrible on defense IMO. Guards penetrate with ease versus him.

Bowen has been playin like sh*t and all, but calm down with the start the 15th man on the rotation because we lost a game.

Seriously, you want him to start? HE hadnt even totaled 10 mintues when this thread was made, and you want him to start?

Good game by him though, a real offensive weapon. 3 turnovers though, really hurt his case.

Bowen is takin advantage of you JVG. DOnt you see it, he doesnt love you, he just wants your minutes!! Have you seen how careless he is on O, just jacking up shots he knows he will miss.

If I am not mistaken Graham played PG in HS and some in college....

I think he was behind John Lucas' son and also was injured in college.

He looks solid with the ball in his hands....why not let him get a little time at 1 and at 2?

Let's see if he is a rotation player for when we get healthy?
