We should play some original Clutchfans SC games, who still plays?? I normally play a couple of games every once in a while and still love it. I play as Gakka on US West normally.
I still play, on east though, but i still have good enough connections to play on West I think Starcraft 2 has alot to prove and Will be better than sc1
You sound like a little kid who doesn't know anything about gaming. What's there to do when you've already finish the game but have a little fun with the cheats code in a hardcore level? The only cheats that I use is for the money so that I don't have to waste a whole lot of time trying to collect the money to buy stuff so that I can get right to the action. So smarty pants. Enlighten me how you can cheat on Battlenet with Starcraft?
I used to play SC all day and night back in high school and college. I have been waiting for it to come out for a while now. But typical of blizzard they wait forever till they feel the game is perfect in their eyes before they release it. i have a friend that is an animator (worked for sony for a long time) and he said that's the M.O of blizzard. They just work on their own schedule and don't care.
Cheats after you beat the game is one thing..the people who use cheats to play when it's multiplayer online is lame to me...do people get enjoyment out of beating someone who isn't using a cheat? Does it make you feel better than them?
Speaking of Blizzard is slow at making games, anyone know when Diablo 3 is coming out? I've been waiting for that since forever And yes, I'm also waiting for SC2. Blizzard games are addicting, and I've consciously been trying to avoid WoW, otherwise I'd be pretty poor right now....
Depends on what you mean by fizzle out? They're at 11.5 million subscribers right now. Even if you see a downtrend it'd still be 9-10 mil in a year, which is way more than any other MMoRPG.
i will fizzle out. but i think it will be in about 3 years. then probably by about 5-6 years they will stop having expansions. just my guess.
At first I was of course excited about SC2, but I had some doubts wondering if it will have the same appeal that originally SC did for its time But the newer builds have really impressed me Check out those Battle reports they have, game looks amazing. I wonder what resolution they were ran in
wow might not fizzle out for a long long time, evercrack is still going strong, wow possibly will too as long as WoW structuring it's arena games as a spectator sport, and keep catering to the hardcore/casual raiders, the game will continue to strengthen besides, they don't have 11+ million subscribers, they have that many players, over 6 million from china alone, and they play for free, albeit, they're spammed by mcdonalds and pepsi ads whereever they go ingame starcraft2 will be a monster of a game, there's a reason why blizzard's games are graphic intensive, that's so they can aquire a broader audience diablo3 will be awesome too, only until the community waters the game down to leveling, magic finding, and pvping
Well, this link says Subscribers. http://www.wow.com/2009/04/06/wow-subscriber-numbers-still-increasing-multi-boxers-trivial/
You don't kow what Wirt's Leg is?! And you're a fan of Blizzard and Diablo/Diablo 2 and cheats?! Wirt's Leg has ended up in 2 or 3 of Blizzard's games.
Not to mention they're already working WoW's successor or at least their next MMORPG. These guys are riding cash cows. Kind of like Sid Meier and him getting his name slapped on every other game. "It's Sid Meier's SimTuna!" Did Sid do anything on it? "Not really - he did visit and say 'hey', though". Or Sid Meier's Civilization 17 ... still using the same graphics from 1948. lol.
I remember it pretty vaguely since it's been years last I play it. There was a backstory to Wirt's Leg but that item I don't think was even worth keeping so I might have sold it off. Hey, cheats are fun when you play the hardcore level. Would take eternity to get through the whole game in that level of difficulties without it.
