Who stayed up and watched the GSL saturday morning and watched IDRA?

I did! That 1st match was soooo badass and i was soooooo worried the 2nd match! MAN Idra was so awesome! I was VERY impressed by the opening day of GSL. Sure the Maka games were boring because Focus sucked ass, but i loved the intro and the hype! Great job by Gom! I can't wait to watch tonight/tomrrow morning.

Damn... just over a month after the game comes out, and we already have map hackers :(

Psystarcraft, a great Zerg player and an awesome commentator exposed one map hacker that he still managed to beat.

^ here's the original match. See if you can tell that the Protoss player (VNrock, who was ranked highly) is hacking.

^ here is Psy using the player camera follow feature in the replay to catch this loser.

definitely hacking, I've seen this in one of my 1v1's as well, dude was terrible but was staring at blank fog of war areas where my units/expansions were.

Me (iFrost) and H-TownHero (Pwnalot) just went 3-0 vs. some scrubs. :p
Sometimes it just depends what mode you are good in. For me, I'm better at 2v2 or 3v3 where I can focus on Void Rays without having to worry about rushes since H-Town got my back. And in return these voids wreck every living thing on the map.

Same for you, you might not be good at 1v1, but you might be extremely skillful at team matches. Just depends on the type of player you are.

Man that is embarrassing. I guess these hackers don't know that you can follow somebody's camera movement completely in a Replay.

ehhh not imo. you gotta be decent at 1v1 if you're a decent player. its easier to play better 2v2 3v3 cuz you have teammates than can bail you out. i think im just gonna stick to the campaign and playing vs the computer. gets old getting beat up on all the time

If you can defeat computers on 'very hard' (i'm moving onto insane) does that mean you'll be a pretty good player against people on bnet? i haven't played online yet.
