ya i figured something was wrong when i was knocking the door down and no one answered. If you guys pick new place let me know.
if you guys run out of ideas, i'd suggest checking out the place i mentioned. at least you won't have to pay $8 every time like at UH.
it's only 3.5 miles from UH and don't you live in the Sugarland area? i think it would be a bit closer to you. but i understand it's not the best central location. it's the only one i know though that won't have an overabundance of people, is covered, and a full court.
thanks for the input macalu as we are going to have to find somwhere very soon. wherever we play are you going to be able to make it to play with us? jw ok so i called the post oak Y and got some information. i think the lady on the phone mis understood me but she said registration is from June 7th to August 15th. so it looks like we are going to have to register by June 6th like previously mentioned. the price for a team is also $385 which is roughly about $48 and some change. again, we have to get togeher pretty soon if we are going ot have team by june 6th. so if anyone else has any option or opinions feel free to post.
sorry rush, i won't be playing in a basketball league this year. i'll play some pick up games with you guys though when you decide when and where.

any updates? like when the seasons starts? I think it starts in two or three weeks. I think they had a 12 week season, and they just had the first round of the playoffs. This is from looking at the schedule. I have a new off night on Thursday, but it's once a month though.
I was just wondering about the league too. I could play this week or weekend sometime, just need to know where to show up. I guess I could bring money too, if that's needed. Josh is down to play, and (though I didn't ask him to) Josh talked to my other friend about the league and he seemed interested, so if the deadline is approaching and the roster isn't shaping up as planned I'm pretty sure he'll play. The NBA playoffs have really got me back in the mood to play competitively
this might sound a little rude but its not meant to come out that way... i have posted numerous amounts of times about this team trying to get together and if you look back maybe on the last page, theres the information i got from calling the Y. anyways, it seems like everytime i post or try to get something going i get no interest or response back....so i gave up. i cant do it all by myself and it seemed like i was. thats enough of my crying and its probably too late to get anything together now (unless some one else heard or saw differently). june 6th was the last day to register a team. ill check the thread and see whats going on...im always interested to play with you guys as ive mentioned before. anyone heard from omega?
That's next Tuesday so we've still got roughly a week. I know Josh and myself are ready to roll right this minute. I don't know about everyone else. I could still try and get my other friend.
