the sad thing is we cant be the only team its happening to...i mean 3 times that we know of all 3 games come down to those 1,2, or 3 points not on the board. pretty pathetic and especailly the way he acts about it when confronted.

Well i e-mailed Marcus about the incident and asked him for his take. I will wait for his reply and inform you guys. I also told him that clutch will post the video online for him to see and take actions.
thanks again for the stats clutch...looking back there is no thought that i took 11 3s btw clutch, do you still have all our game (even from past seasons) on youtube? and is there any chance i can get all the games (highlights) on a cd at some point?
my only concern with this is that they ban cameras from the gym so they dont continue to be proven dumb or inadequate
All the games that were on youtube are still on youtube, but I've made most of them private. I built a new computer and didn't keep all the full game files or all the highlight files, but I do have some. I can make you a disc of all the highlights I've got, sometime before our last game this season. Speaking of your 3's, what I noticed while taking stats is that of the 5 three's you missed, I think only 1 of them hit the rim. One missed badly off the glass and the others were air balls. On the other hand, your other 6 attempts were nothing but net. Talk about a strange shooting night lol.
yea thanks for the files...not really going to use it for anything other than site once i get time for it. whenever you get time can you email or whatever the links to the youtube files as well? no kidding. i actaully think i was telling kerry that, whether she was listening or not. my body felt good the whole night, really enegized and that could of been the reason for the huge difference - rockstar energy drink works crazy for me. its my new pregame drink. gatorade who?
Hey guys i hate to bring this up but someone has to do it. We have one game left in the season and i would like to be done with this money situation. As of this moment, only Adam has paid for the full amount of $48 and i have also recieved an amount of $25 from Kostantinos Filis ( I think thats YaoWink but correct me if i am wrong). But the real deal is how much do we exactly have to pay? I don't know the situation of Mogrod and what happened to him that cuased him to not show up after the first game. If we take out Mogrod from the team than we only have 7 players in the game. Me Clutch Rush Adam Stack Yao/Greg Josh Right now i am really confuse on how should i split up the money so that everyone pays equall amount. I came up with some numbers but i don't know if its fair to do this but i have to put something out there. What i think we should do is this: Players that are going to play all of the games: Me = $55 Clutch $55 Rush =$55 Stack =$55 Adam =$55 If all of us pay $55 than we are left with $110 that we can split up between 3 or 4 people. If we split it between Josh/Greg/Yao, than each has to pay $36. If we split it between Josh/Greg/Yao/Mogrod than each has to pay $27. I have no clue what should we do but we do need to come to a conclusion so everyone could pay. I know Adam and another player gave me money but the situation has change and i would like to know what should we do.
not to sound like a pompous ass, but i had a feeling such a situation would arise. it's always best to get money upfront to avoid it. i'm not saying players aren't gonna pay, but how much. it especially gets dicey when the situation you just posted occurs, some players play a few games, others play all. what's fair and what's not. hopefully it gets taken care of.
Hey RF ... first off, I have to hand it to you for handling this situation so well. If it were me, I might be inclined to post something like "You b!thces better have my money!" Yeah, that $25 was from me. I was figuring that league fees were around $50 per player. I posted about finding a replacement for half a season and half the price, and it was stated that Greg was willing to pay and play, so I assumed my part of the league fees were complete when he joined. I can see how each of the 8 original players on this season's roster should pay $48. I can also see that players that only played half the season should only have to pay half of the respective league fees, granted a new player was able to assume the remaining costs. Also it can be done that the additional player would pay full price, and that $48 would be evenly distributed to the other 8 players as a refund. Regardless, I think everyone who agreed to play for this season should have to pay, at the very least, half price for the season. I am cool with whatever the league decides, but I don't think that people that committed and played the entire season should have to pay more than the original estimated cost of $48. I am not sure what happened to mogrod, but his spot was worth $48, and there were a few people that would have paid that much for it. So my solution would be something like this: OPTION 1 League fee: $385 (based on $48 * 8 players) Full Time players (5): RF = $48 CCR = $48 Rush = $48 Stack = $48 Adam = $48 Part Time players (4): Yao = $36 Josh = $36 Mogrod = $36 Greg = $36 OPTION 2: Full Time players (7): RF = $55 CCR = $55 Rush = $55 Stack = $55 Adam = $55 Yao/Greg = $55 ($27.50 per person) Josh/mogrod = $55 ($27.50 per person) (yes, I did spend a lot of time on this post, and yes macalu, I do consider you a pompous ass, but not based on your last post in this thread. )
I agree with YaoWink that nobody should really have to pay more than the originally projected fee of $48. On the other hand, there's no way to do that and still be fair in terms of everyone paying equally for games they actually played. So, I'd just as soon suggest the scenario where full-timers pay $55 and part timers pay $27.50.
I also agree with YaoWink that nobody should have to pay more than the original projected $48.....However in the end someone is going to have to bite the bullet. So I guess the fairest way would be to see which bullet would be the most just.. Everyone that agreed to pay $48, pay $48 and the new comers pay what they agreed to (I didn't realize Greg was the only newcomer, correct me if im wrong). This is assuming someones "hard to get a hold of" ,so Rocketfire doesnt have to pay extra for a slacker..not fair to josh, yao, mogrod? Should they be punished for not finishing? Should they stick to their original agreement? Fulltimers pay $48 the rest pay $36.....Slightly less of a punishment for Josh,Yaowink and Mogrod. However, Greg is slightly punished from his original agreed upon amount of $23-25 for helping out when we needed a player. RF = $55 CCR = $55 Rush = $55 Stack = $55 Adam = $55 yao, josh, mogrod, greg= $27.50 RF,CCR,Rush,Stack and Myself are punished for staying from begining till end. (Yes, we did play the most games but this arguement is stickly based on the original agreement). Where the big issue comes in is that 2 of the 3 (I'm sure Yao and Josh will both assume Greg was their replacement because I would as well) people who left didnt get a replacement. Should they be responsible for this and pay the extra? Once again this arguement is stickly based on the original agreement and I will obide by whatever decision we all come to.
I guess we are going to have to vote eventually, so trying to be the least biased as possible I think that if I had to leave the league i would be willing to pay $36 or all of my original agreement($48). I vote fulltimers pay $48, original half timers pay $40 and Greg pay $25 Via the original agreement, thats as fair as its going to get.
i might even try to make it a little more fair and say $50 for full timers, 37.50 for half orig and $25 for greg.
Guys, i forgot to let you guys know that i won't be in town this monday. Im in New York till Wednesday. Sorry about not being there this week.
Well, I guess I should put my 2 cents in about league costs. I certainly do not want anyone to get shafted because of my situation and I'm willing to pay something since I started the season on the team. But, I was only able to make one game and barely saw the court in that game. I apologize my job and knee situations didn't allow me to keep playing and caused an issue in the matter. Again, I don't want anyone getting shafted and I'm open to a good comprimise, but I don't feel I should pay too much for what was like 5 minutes of gameplay. I hope I'm not coming off as an a-hole or anything, just my opinion.
