all i got to say is that ive played so bad this past week that its now motivated me...my stamina sucks and my game is way off. im going to get back to my former self, sure thing... anyways, good games and see the stalkers monday
yep Your shot was falling, so its good that you were shooting. You and especially RF were doing a good job at the rim. I missed a few gimme layups and some jumpers that went in and out, but otherwise I thought all 3 of us played good games with the exception of a couple of mental breakdowns by all of us. Did anyone notice in the last game how that white guy wasnt shooting much? I think I scared him off with that steal/block.
I frickin got pulled over on the way coming home. But he only gave me a warning. Anyway it was nice playing with you guys.
speeding? anyhow, i've been doing some leg exercises and i could tell they've really helped. i felt i had a little extra step in my bounce. unfortunately, i don't think i was aggressive enough. i really wanted my team to take out that first team with the chick. i was pissed b/c i made a costly turnover in crunch time when we were tied 11-11. Darkhorse, can you go right? i was telling my man to play you to your right b/c you were left handed and taking him to the hole, but the guy didn't seem to listen. it was cool to meet you man. next time, just scream out "Our Darkhorse, b****!" so we know who you are.
Haha... actually I can dribble right handed almost as well as I can left handed, but my shot is much, much weaker. If I have an open lane I'll take a right handed layup to keep people honest, but I don't rely on it. But when I'm in the backcourt I like to dribble right-handed as much as possible to keep people guessing. One of my favorite shots is to dribble right-handed moving to my right and suddenly pull up and shoot a jumper with my left. But yeah, I'm glad we finally brought the reign of terror to an end.
i figured you'd might be a bit weaker going right, if not dribbling then shooting. i didn't want to pressure the issue with him, so after awhile i figured, whatever. i guess you'll just burn him all game.
Sounds like you guys had a good time, especially since there was some fresh meat up there. Wish I could have gone but as I posted before, I was a zombie last night. As of right now count me in for next Thursday, probably Josh too.
i sure hope your not talking about me...cause i was the only other white guy besides you there and i dont think you have the balls to gaurd me. Im not sure you gaurded me all night though so you could be mistaken... in all, seriously, everyone that plays there and/or on the stalkers know im alot better than what ive shown. i guess playing for the 1st(s) time since the losing effort in the playoffs will do that to you. like i said before, im motivated more than ever because for one i hate losing to the likes of rocketfire, lance, and darkhorse. in my opinion, there only offense was rocketfire and i played decent ball denial. i never would of thought that the un-orthodox shooting form of darkhorse and lance would of hurt us...but hell who am i to talk.....yall made shots and i didnt. i look forward to playing with yall again thursday and definately look forward for our game monday. it can only get better for me....
Lance is not talking about you. He is talking about another White guy who had his next. He picked up the black guy and the girl. Anyways it was fun to be undefeated the whole night. That last game against the white guy was very close put we pulled it out. About the court, it is not a good place to have a pracitce. Even though its a nice place to hangout and play basketball, it is just too crowded and you have to wait a long time for a next game.
