I don't know. Yao said he might not be able to play on mondays, i mean without a big guy we don't have a chance in C league.
I'm still for playing in C League with who we've got if that's the case with Yao. It's a tough league, but we've just gotta man up and play. It beats the hell out of sitting on our asses until the next D League, in my opinion. Don't say we could just get together and practice either, because we've seen how well that works. i was wondering who this Rizzy guy was b/c i sure don't remember him coming over. i don't mind you guys practicing a day a week at my place. i don't think it'll do your chemistry much good playing 3 on 3 against each other though. it's not regulation half court so it won't help your stamina much either. i still recommend that outdoor court (has roofing) i mentioned earlier in the thread. it's in my area of town but inside the loop. outdoor court
Not trying to corner them into an answer, but I'd say if they truly have as much heart as they say they do, they'll be down no question about it. I say tell "the A hole" we're in for C League.

Monday nights are not the ideal, but I can make them work. Please add me to the roster. If mogrod and rusHour are not able to make it on Monday nights, how are we going to decide who fills those two spots from our current list of alternatives?

Actually, there is a small rumor that we may be closing early at 6pm in July. That would mean I could play ball on thursdays. List me on there as an alternate for now.
Hold up a second. I wasn't questioning anyone's heart. I said what I did because they often talk about how competitive and determined they are, so I assume that they would definitely want to play. I just don't want to speak for them in terms of giving a definitive answer. Now that I read my original post I can see where someone could take it the wrong way, but that is by no means what was intended. In fact it was meant as a compliment.

I will sign us up for monday c league today and hope he can put us in schedule. I think the league is starting June 12th, Monday. I think PIpdaddy's team is playing in the same league. I think he started a thread saying that they are playing on monday c league. Im not sure but i think he said something like his team is playing on June 12th because it got delayed.
I believe that is true and it actually came to mind as soon as we started discussing the possibility of switching to C. Should be interesting when we meet up one week.
I'm on vacation all week with the family in the 'Evil Empire' (San Antonio). God, if I see one more freaking 'Go Spurs Go' sign, I'm going to throw up!! I brought my computer with me on the trip, but just couldn't get to it last night tp post. Anyway, HELL NO!! I WANT NO PART OF C LEAGUE!!! THAT LEAGUE SCARES ME!!!! Na, just kidding.
