Sriracha goes good on like everything. I like Louisana and tapatio next and then probably tabasco <br> But all these are more for flavor. None of them are really spicy...
i have no less than 4 types of hot sauces in my house at all times, but for some reason i dont carry tobasco
sriracha and cholula. sometimes mixed. best of the sweet and garlicky. my friends make this sauce out of 1 bottle of frank's, 6 cups brown sugar, one cup water simmered on the stove. it's insanely delicious and addicting. unfortunately, everything tastes better dipped in it, and it's basically pure sugar.
