    Hold up,

This time of year, the scouting brass must be completely outta gas. The preparation for the draft alone is exhausting, imagine 6-8 weeks of 80 hour weeks, going over hundreds upon hundred of prospects.... The there's free agency. More 80 hour weeks working the phones and breaking down tape. Then all the while trying to determine who would be the best fit, how to acquire them, etc... Those are the names that Rosas remembers.

For one, I think as another poster mentioned that the brass should be commended for bringing in 4 potential rotation players without making a trade or spending all of the MLE. Props to Les for being confident in his staff and guys like Rosas, who by the way worked his way up from INTERN to his current position.

    Check yo self :D

Without their 'appreciation' CH is D-League or int'l. He will never catch the eye of a non-fan or non-aficianado. He is just a winner. Put him 'out there' and I'll bet every play-off team shows an interest.

Four guys in and only Deke (for sure) off the roster (does Yao with an injury exception count on the 15 man roster?) so - who goes, and how? Multi-deal with roster depleted teams ideal (Landry/Cook/Barry = [within 200K] Chandler, and it seems a deal worth looking at from both directions of I-10 for example).

Does that mean he will be inconsistent during his first year?

That doesn't mean that he is a better player than Luis was when he came into the league. Scola too is an offensive player but at least he is a scrappy, hustle helper. Andersen isn't.

Expect decent but inconsistent performance on offense. Defense and rebounding will be problematic, more so than even for Luis.

I'm more worried about keeping him out of foul trouble in the NBA.

Hopefully we won't have to worry about scoring from the center position. I was freaking out about having the offensive dynamo of Hayes and Dorsey man that position for the entire game. Now we only have to worry Andersen picking up six fouls in 10mpg.

Deke and Artest both are off the roster and most likely Wafer. Also, no guarantee that both rookies make the team.

Anderson will make a huge difference in spacing and will open up the inside for Luis Scola IF he finds a way to stay on the court 30 minutes a game.

Scola is a way better player than Andersen. Scola was the no1 option in TAU. He was one of the top3 players in Europe. He's a cornerstone of Argentinian national team.

Andersen was a 20min rotation player in CSKA and Barcelona. He's a skilled big men but he's far away Scola's level.
