I don't think there is a faster PG in the NBA than Brooks. Wonder if he has ever been timed in the 40?

Rafer has always done a good job of that. So what's your point?

You're confusing shooting with running the offense. Two completely things. Rafer has always ran the offense well, but was always inconsistent with his shooting. He has, however, improved considerably this season in scoring, especially around the basket (i.e. teardrops).

You are confusing! He always gives the ball to Tmac after across the half-court.

Do you remember Yao said Hayes shouldn't start if Tmac didn't play because no one else (including Rafer) can pass the ball to inside. Rafer is not a good passer. He made some easy passing, and that's it!

BTW, if he was good at running offense, then Adelman would address it too besides his defense.

You should watch some games of other teams with a good pg.

He did, but that's nothing new (to anyone but YOU, apparently) so I didn't bother to include it in the recap.

I do. Rafer defends well and runs the offense well, or haven't you seen the games when he's out and everyone looks clueless? His shooting is a whole other story.

you would think with our record without him during the season and how much we missed him during the first 2 playoff games, would open some peoples eyes, but doesn't look like that's the case,

look, Rafer is and will never be Chris Paul, Deron Williams. or Steve Nash. Would be nice, but he is who he is. He's guided us with 2 50 plus win seasons.

I agree he frustrated me the beginning of the season, but the whole team was frustrating the first 2 months

for those in doubt, check the games vs. the Raptors and Sixers in Dec. and the first 2 games of the playoffs.

Omg lets not turn this into a "point-forward" realm of discussion again. I'm starting to get a major deja vu here

trade Luther Head for Channing Frye.

    sign Pietus/Delfino/Azubuike.

I guess your criterion is way too low. The rockets are trying to be a contender.

The Suns have Steve Nash. Look where that got them.

What on earth are you talking about?????????
Rafer's big problem is that he isn't a playmaker, he is a poor floor general! He is good at bringing the ball up court and giving it to T mac to make all the plays and decissions. EVERY GAME!! :p

Obviously you didn't observe that with the addition of Shaq the suns started playing half court and this reduced the effectiveness of Steve Nash who is just a so so Point Guard when not playing the uptempo Game. :p

After all, the suns played in the WC finals twice.

This year, Nash is too old.

And what happened to the Suns last year without Shaq?
