Like you said, Williams showed he's not in any need of the D-league to show he has the talent for the NBA. Its more about his APPROACH to the game. I can see why he'd get sent to the D-league by the Nets for "humility" purposes. Because that's really what its about. If he can lessen up a little on the all-out playmaker mantra and do little things like work on his jumper.

Some players just arent like that, though. Some are built for a certain style. Like Vassillis Spanoulis, he had to get used a certain way (with Van Gundy badly miscasting him). Williams isnt getting misused really, he just needs to adapt like he SHOULD be able to do.

Exactly. Has no time to get into any type of rhythm. He needs more than five to six minutes for us to analyze him correctly. He shows flashes in those minutes though. He creates his own shot with ease. He just needs to make them. Also, drive to the hoop more. His passes are great.

    Agree with everything Carl said.

FWIW: Williams isn't the only NBA player b****ing on Twitter, though.

[rquoter]Rookie guard Willie Warren, who was not active against the Kings, let his feelings be known first after Monday night's loss.

@Dagr8113: ive came to the point where I jus wanna go to school and live a normal life..this must not b for me cause this is ridic...cant take it.

He quickly removed the tweet, but on-the-ball Clippers fans spotted the message and it was retweeted by a couple of reporters in the press room after deadline. Maybe Warren got the word he was going back to Bakersfield of the D-League.

    That wasn't all.

The affable, easy-going DeAndre Jordan did some lashing out, via Twitter, as well. He struggled against the Kings with six points as he made only two of six free throws, missing all four in the fourth quarter.

Shortly before the Clippers took off for their plane ride back to Los Angeles, Jordan tweeted this:
@deandrejordan: they love you when you're up and hate you when you're down...i really don't care. i don't play for you...[/rquoter]

All Navy boys were called squids, but you are really something if you're a shellback, not a polywog.

That kind of harsh seeing how many fans were wrong saying the same thing about Budinger earlier in this year. Battier too.

The guy's played more minutes than Hill and Thabeet have in their careers, and they're both busts. Guess what he is...

A SUPERSTAR IN THE MAKING, DUH!!!!
