In talking to a well-respected poster who said he will not re-visit the topic until the end of the season, I will paraphrase his thinking: "The Rockets, aside from T-Mac and a bench-resting Bonzi, do not have any players who can get their own shot." That's beginning to look like a fact rather than an opinion. This team would have looked a lot better with Mike James, Rudy Gay and Stromile Swift in harness with T-Mac, Yao and Wells. The bad draft day fiasco still reminds me of taking Rodney McCray instead of Clyde Drexler.
Oh well, great teams are supposed to win those games, should we have lost to Milwaukee on the road then? And if we did, could we just have said, "it was the second leg of a back-to-back, no wonder we lost!" C'mon, we can't have things both ways, and either can the Spurs. I watched the entire game, Ginobli played like crap, Parker was great though, but Okafor, Morrison, and Felton went off! They lost, not to a superior team, just to a team that played better then them last night, it happens, back-to-back or otherwise... It'll happen again to us as well before the season's over, I promise!
So, if Rockets loses on 2nd half of back-to-back in the future, people will not freak out on this board, right? They'll just rationally observed that teams are supposed to lose those, no matter which team they play.
hope they lose to a hungrier bulls today too... I am rooting for bulls now go ben wallace rape duncan lol
doing in a 3 or 4 word post in every single thread is not going to get you off "rookie" status any quicker in fact, I can guarantee that you'll end up keeping that title forever
