IMO the people at the party who watched it and didn't stop it or call the police are just as guilty. But I don't think legally they were under any duty. If I was the hispanic kid's parents I would sue the homeowners for every penny. Since they're crackheads they probably don't have much, but justice needs to be served.

I dont think thats what its saying. I think it means as far as sexual assault, they did the worst they could do w/out the attachment of hate crime charges. A hate crime usually adds 1 degree to the crime but their's is already 1st degree sexual assault so adding it cant be any worse. Now if the victim dies, attaching a hate-crime to it does increase the degree and the punish because it would not be a 1st degree murder. If that makes sense...
i hate people who have total disregard for their neighbors. once, our next door neighbor rented out their house to this couple in their early 20s for about 6 months and all those ****ers did every other week was throw parties and left beer bottles out in their front lawn. one time they even had used diapers between our homes and they didn't pick them up for a 3 weeks. getting back on track, those two mother****ers need their asses raped in jail. an eye for an eye.
No, it's not that racist in Spring, but it's not a place you want to be moving into. As I said earlier, I lived the first 18 years of my life there, and it was really gone down hill since I left for college. There's been a large increase in low-cost housing in the area, which brings in a ton of "undesirables." In the last few years, crime in my parent's neighborhood has gone through the roof, and they literally have a patrol on almost every street at night. If you're thinking about moving north of Houston, I'd recommend the Woodlands.
No just normal clothes, but man this cross was huge like 20 feet long and 10 feet high and he's just walking down the side of the road at rush hour.
SPRING = White trash Seriously....this doesn't surprise me that it happened in that area. I work for a criminal defense attorney and I can always tell when someone is from Spring after skimming their files. I'm almost always right. Whoever said they were building there ....I'd seriously reconsider. Go out 290 or I-10 instead. And if it isn't the white trash nazis in Spring...it's the white "trying to be ghetto" kinds. Take your pick.
Tomball really has gone downhill, too. I grew up in Magnolia, so I kind of know the area. From my few trips back in the last two or three years, I see that Magnolia is growing and getting pretty nice (Especially in the Bear Branch area over towards The Woodlands). For the one who's wanting to relocate, I would definitely look into the Woodlands, or the Bear Branch area in Magnolia. Great area that's becoming pretty populated with nice homes.

What is weird is that one of the nicest, richest areas in North Houston has a Spring mailing address, but isn't actually spring. The Klein/Champions area has a Spring mailing address, but wouldn't really be considered the town of Spring.
