Wow. Those people live a few miles away from my parents. I lived in Spring most of my life and experienced some racism, but not anything that escalated to that level of violence.
Disgusting....... I have a question though. Not that either of these scumbags deserve any form of accomodation, but technically doesn't the law state unless you are 18-years of age your identity cannot be publically released? If so, wouldn't that mean since one of the attackers is 17 that they shouldn't be allowed to release his name?
