Shaq as a backup wouldn't be the worst thing in the world if he came cheap. I wouldn't mind sipping on an ICEE and everything while watching him play 10-15 mpg.
He's been in Houston and from what I heard, he was telling people he had LeBron with him, though I don't think anyone has seen him. I guess it is for the party that was mentioned.
dang if every NBA player visits Houston and has "a relationship" with the Rockets, then we'd have a crap load of players on our team....shaq lives here, i see him all the time at the Galleria....
I saw T-Mac at the Walgreens on Sweetwater Blvd. in Sugar Land day before Mother's Day. I presume he was getting flowers for his mom. I was gonna say sup to him but decided to key his car instead.
Wouldn't it be great if Shaq convinced Lebron to come to Houston? Shaq backs up Yao, Lebron.....backs up Ariza.
Well that's pretty cool.. Since people are mentioning that a lot of NBA players live in Houston, someone should make a thread of some of these players. And then people could add to the list. Just a thought...
He's always had a house in Sugar Land. In fact several years ago his maid's son killed his own mother inside of his house. http://www.cbssports.com/nba/story/7348647
Saw him at his 24hr Fitness last September, usually tweets when he's there, I was surprised when he showed up, it was like 11pm at night.
I had a dinner at the Cheesecake Factory on Wed. Got there late, but friends told me Shaq was there. So far this offseason the only other NBA players I've seen around are Dorsey and JR Smith. I also saw Robert Horry, but I don't think anyone's surprised about him.
yeah there have been plenty of Shaq sightings in Houston for along time for obvious reasons. Lots of NBA players in Houston.
