I forgot to mention him! I saw him when he used to play for the Blazers at an Albertsons buying tons of Gatorade. me and my buddies had him sign our receipt lol we were in 10th grade or so. He was indeed very cool and totally stuck out cause he's so damn tall and kind of has a lil bit of a hunchback.

seen lots of them in LA and Vegas. The one that sticks out in my mind was Magic Johnson (Tropicana). Incredible presence.

But I actually sat and drank with Robert Reid once at the Richmond Arms over ten years ago because a girl I was with recognized him (I didn't).

Cutino Mobley once threw me a headband after beating the Clippers. My girlfriend describes the smell as "coconutty."

I almost got to talk to Kelvin Cato once after a Lakers game, but security made me leave. I think he was happy to find out he had a fan. I gave Calvin cookies once at a Lakers game. His tie looked like a psychadelic mural.

I also met some members of the 1998 Korean National Soccer team when they trained for the Gold Cup in LA.

Oh...and I met George Best, maybe a year before he died.

I went to Kenny Smith's Basketball Camp when I was little. And Hakeem was my neighbor growing up. Really. Seriously.

No, really. This is his house (I don't wanna just hand out his address).

My buddy is a bigtime autograph dealer so i've tagged along on plenty of his little autograph missions. The only athlete that's ever made my blood boil was (surprise, surprise) Barry fricken Bonds.

There was about five of us standing near the player's gate when I saw outside of PNC Park and just instinctively gave him a "Hey what's up, Barry?" and no joke, kept walking and threw his hand up in major "TALK TO THE HAND, SISTER!" fashion and wouldn't look at me.

I wasn't sure whether to laugh or start yelling. I chose laughter instead of looking stupid yelling at the millionaire athlete. I was still pretty peeved though. ;)

Friendly: Earl Campbell, Enos Cabell, Alan Ashby, Matt Maloney, LaPhonso Ellis, John Beck, Rafael Araujo, Giff Neilson, Dan Langhi, Tyson Chandler, Shane Battier

Indifferent: Eddie Griffin, Scottie Pippen, Charles Barkley, A.C. Green, Jack Sikma, Mario Elie, Kenny Thomas, Rudy T, Moochie Norris, Scott Padgett, Larry Dierker

    Rude/Jerk: Dale Ellis

Most of the sports celebrities I've met have been very personable or at least accommodating. Dale Ellis was smoking a cigar and blowing smoke in my face.
