This is partially correct, and like MadMax said, the heat index is what's the important measure. The heat index in Dallas is almost always higher than the heat index in Houston from what I've seen. But like I said, I feel more uncomfortable in Houston than in Dallas. I can drive around with the windows rolled down when it's 100 heat index in Dallas. In Houston, I'd be one funky dude. lol.
On a few occasions, I flipped it to 610 and they ruined the end of a movie. Stick to sports. To hell with McClain and his movies reviews.
