Tank McNamara is now accepting nominations for SJY2001. Usually I vote for Karl Malone, but this year I may vote for Joey Crawford. I don't think he's eligible since The Francis Incident occurred in 2002, but what the heck?

    Send nominations to: sjy2001@tankmcnamara.com

Rules: Rank all you like, but in the subject field, enter only the name of the person you're nominating. You can nominate only individuals. You may make a nomination only one time.

Karl Malone. It's the only title he'll ever win.

Undercut Marion last season. That just wasn't cool. He got caught up in the game too much so that the safety of other players on the court didn't matter.

At the last moment, he gained a conscience and tried to catch him, but he was too late.

Malcolm Glazer, the way he treated Tony Dungee was utterly devoid of class. This is kind of a stretched out thing, but it started in 2001.
