actually that story got blown up because he sounded so stupid saying it. He coulda said something like I'm an Astronaut or I'm a Playah! I'm a Playah! and people would have reacted the same way.

I don't know, you could argue that the sensationalism around his 'coming out' of the steroid closet actually helped him financially by selling more books, getting paid for apperances, etc. Being put in the public limelight again probably helped him bag a few more groupies as well. I guess time will tell.
