Can't miss what you never had... 20 points, 20 rebounds, 5 blocks per game... Thanks for atching the house til Swift got home!
this is the greatest move rockets management has made all year, this is even better than the signing of stromile, becuase it gets rid of one of our useless roster spots. hopefully, we can sign somebody who can contribute in his place.
The axles on the team bus, and the wings on the team jet just breathed a huge sigh of relief. We'll miss the Spoon... but he never has.
I'm not a hockey guy either, but a quick google search gave me this site that says that it's illegal to charge a goaltender while he's in the crease: http://www.afterthewhistle.com/hockeybook/infractionsagainstthegoaltend.htm I guess I'm officially off topic now... Sorry guys.
With Swift in the fold he will be able to also play center and give Yao a rest while JH or possibly Vin "diesel" plays power forward. That is if Mutumbo doesn't sign......................................... Oh and I don't feel too bad for Spoon because I just got cut from my job yesterday also. The only difference is that I don't get 6 million plus for sitting at home...
I read that the Knicks are expecting Houston to retire injured, because of his arthritic knees. This will save them even more money. Of course, he could cross them up which is a big gamble for the Knicks.
Too bad- I'll miss his neckfurters jiggling up and down the court. Man, it's nice to be unemployed in the NBA, though.
Not waiving Houston was one of the stupidest moves Isiah could ever make - and that's saying a lot. Looks like he's right on schedule to do to the Knicks what he did to the CBA...
Before you get too happy, cast a glance over at Ward, Norris & Baker who together represent 3 useless roster spots...
I can't tell you how devastated I am to hear this. How is our team supposed to get a group discount at KFC without Spoon? I'm sick of Les putting himself before the chicken.
I dont think its THAT stupid..because most likely alan houston will retired..therefore i dont think it will count against lux tax...plus they waived jerome williams which further reduced lux tax...its not a stupid move if houston retires..but if he plays..then i agree with you...very dumb move by isiah
