Man, I wish we could get rid of Charlie Ward, Moochie, and that has-been Vin Baker.

Yeah - Spoon is about to get paid $6.3 million dollars to do absolutely nothing. Don't feel too bad for him!

While I agree with the Rockets' decision, I do wish Spoon good luck. IMO he does not deserve any ill will from us for negotiating a good contract with another team -- no matter that we consciously traded for Spoon and that contract.

I was hoping we could we could use all our expirings for a rasheed wallace type acquisition, that the pistons pulled off, in their championship year. but after all it is a bussiness.

There goes our 3rd center. Now we only have one center under contract.

Question about the amnesty rule, I keep reading "one-time provision" so what exactly does that mean? Is it just year or will teams be allowed to make one cut every year under this rule?

I for one legitimately liked Spoon.

He was a player who worked hard despite his physical limitations.

Also, I will always remember the game where he held Duncan to 1-6 the time he was guarding him and KG 0-4.

You mean there goes our 3rd, 4th and 5th center! :D

He's more like the center gravity of the team.

Wow just noticed the Calvin Booth was making 13.5 Million. My god it pays to be at least 7 feet tall.

Good Luck Spoon.......Now that's overwith, I can cheer this for one reason. That's one less former Knick on our roster! With the exception of Mutombo, let's get CD to get rid of the rest of them!
