    That the 2 are not a couple changes the equation. I think $333.33 is too little, but $600 obviously too much. I like this solution:

    Let the market decide.

    One BIG thing that should be taken into consideration is bathrooms as well.

    do the three rooms have their own private bathrooms? does anyone? are all of you sharing "hallway bathrooms"

    that could affect the outcome of this process as well.
