i didn't see this one posted, so here's another clip: http://www.zippyvideos.com/3421131171860366/p4-the-transformers/original I hope Jetfire/Skyfire makes an appearance
Man, they have just got to include some of the music from the original movie, like Stan Bush singing "The Touch", and "Instruments of Destruction" by NRG. That soundtrack was rockin. I still jam to it.
Here is a link to guy who made the VW bug anmiation. Doesn't sound like it's going to be for the movie, just a project for a website. http://www.botcollector.com/ComShowCase1.htm
This just in...that "test" had nothing to do with the movie..still looks good though. http://www.blackfilm.com/20060512/features/transformerstest.shtml
what about dare to be stupid by Weirld Al? speaking of transformers I am still fumed that there has yet to be a good Widescreen release of the original movie. I was doing a bit of googling and it seems there is one dvd release that is out that is WS but the telecining of the film was horrible. They had still of the Rhino (most commonly found release here in the states) and the new one and you can total tell how much sharper and spot on the colors were for the rhino release. Cant rhino get the rights to the WS release and give us a proper special edition dvd release?
There are screentests, but they've done a good job of keeping them from leaking. In that interview I posted a while back, you also find out they have animatics/pre-viz of the big action pieces including a fight in downtown LA where they yank out street lamps and fight with them.
I'll bet you good money they come out with a speical edition DVD just before the release of the new movie. It always works that way.
