ok, talked to my insider over the weekend. the next movie after ghostrider and X-2 will be Namor, the Submariner.
what? they're making a ghostrider? jeez... what comics haven't the adapted? the avengers? avengers west coast? <--did i make that up? Ironman? wasn't he in the avengers... jeez they're gonna run out of materials soon. although this has got me thinking... i'm gonna go see how much my old comics are worth... hopefully i still have them.
no avengers yet, i think iron man is probably on the drawing board. and their really was a west coast avengers.... in truth, marvel really only gets money from selling their licenses, so they get the money from the movie license, toys, kitkat bars, water coolers, band aids, tampons (She-Hulk!!!), whether or not the movie is good. Pretty much a win win situation if they can sell the licenses to their characters. except for the audiences, seriously, who the hell is going to watch the Punisher? thing is that they only need a few to be good, then they can sequel the shiz out of them. just look at batman and superman, marvel is doing the same strategy, ten years later.
