I read how even the sperm banks themselves are largely a LOOSELY regulated industry. They're run very much like businesses and are subject to the same effects of lack of ethics as businesses are in pursuit of the almighty dollar. Think of literally handing women full reproductive rights with FULL DOMINION over your male rights. And partial OWNERSHIP of sperm (literally Its why men really shouldnt donate sperm. Forget "morality" and "playing fields", its straight to the point working against male existence. Technology makes it where its "efficient" to bypass males altogether, think of how crazy that is. Why is it okay to boost up eggs but treat sperm and its makers simply as carriers and commodities? In the name of "equality"? Thats actually WORSE and more WEIRD than female discrimination. Even if men don't treat females the best, men actually WANT to keep females around, females will circumvent anything for security. When you say very little, it really IS little and diminishing and that profound, I don't think thats tin foil hat stuff. But men are dumb, easily p-whooped lol. But what can you do, gotta take some risks
yeah lol. I agree with rocketsjudoka thats its about technicalities within general contract laws. Maybe its not right, but uncover enough within the laws and contracts and there might be a loophole like this that maybe no one accounted for. But its how you have to go at it. Feel bad for the guy, hopefully there can be an overturn, but life aint always fair
