Speeding ticket/citation question.

It's up to the judge, but doubtful. Judges don't generally negotiate on tickets -- and they've heard every excuse. You would have a much better chance with one of the lawyers who specialize in tickets.

If you're driving 97 in a 65, you deserve a ticket.

 

You must have pissed off the cop cause sometimes they'll lower the mph you were driving so you can take DD.
