So, we should trade for him before the deadline, then. I am OK with it as long as we don't give up Harden, Lin, Asik Parsons and Royce White.

Yes, there is a chance that Dwight will sign with the Rockets for the max...then retire after four years of sitting on the bench with back problems and 12 games with the Rockets.

I think Douglas, Delfino and Cook get it done, throw in a 4th round pick to sweeten them up.

That's nice, but I'll take Dwight over Asik any day.

Dwight seems like a pretty humble fellow and cares about the integrity and balance in the league. I see him picking a destination like Washington or Clevland

If I were Dwight Howard I would leave if Lakers don't win a ring Kobe said himself he will retire soon so why stay (Im Sure he hates all the Kobe Barking acting like he is a coach) Not saying its a bad thing but I know he doesn't like that. Leaving Lakers for the Rockets really doubt it plus Rockets have Asik

I honestly think Dwight Howard fit this team better than the Fakers because you have Lin and Harden both can penetrate and dish. And they have to stay w/ Howard...so Lin and Harden will get easy layup. Also Howard pick n roll w/ both Lin and Harden will be good.

The thing i don't like is that his free throw sucks. That's why i prefer Bynum but that dude is so injured prone. Hence, i prefer the Rockets spend their max on other positions...we're good to go with Asik.

Dwight will never come to Houston. He said it himself that he would have played with 70% effort if he was traded to Houston. The guy acts like he's 15 years old.

Sign and trade Asik for Dwight

    Lin
    Harden
    Parsons
    D-Mo
    Dwight

That team is championship especially once D-Mo gets his groove on.

Maybe it's the AsikOnlyFan~ in me, but hell no, I hope it's not even crossing Morey's mind.
Leave that dramatic diva in Hollywood where he belongs, dragging the Lakers down with his dozens of costly bricked free throws.

The Lakers won't trade Dwight, and he won't leave in FA. That ship has, unfortunately, sailed.

Asik, yes.......Howard ????, Although Howard is better than Asik. I don't think a team like Rockets suit a player like Howard.
