Yup, from the comments seems like I'm just paranoid.

It is a frustrating time. The road may be more bumpy than us fans want right now, but I think Morey will make some moves to smooth things out.

It didn’t make everything better, but it was a gigantic help.

Add me to the list of those who think it's just about them not being very good right now. Hard to see a lot of this when there isn't much reason to celebrate.

no need for concern, they are def close and cool. the total camaraderie as i said in a previous thread isn't the same this year, but it's improved since preseason.

This and Clint's saga definitely set the team harmony back some going into the season.

James Harden and Chris Paul are fine.

Chris Paul has not driven off the cliff as a player.

The problem with the Rockets is that they have 6 rotation caliber players...... couple that with older players playing heavy minutes and you are going to lose games........... Paul, Harden and Tucker are averaging close to 35 minutes. The Rockets do not have a back up point guard, they do not have a back up swing and they don't have a back up power forward/Center.

You can when you lose a guy that is eating up 38 minutes a game and replace him with below average bodys.

OP started a similar thread trying to argue EG basically wasn’t trying or something like that. Didn’t go over well.

CP3 is clearly declining even when he's healthy, he won't make the all-star team this year nor will he make the all-nba team. People just don't want to admit it. It was a horrible idea to pay him 40mil/year over 4 years. An injury prone player like that deserves at best a Steph Curry type contract (Curry's extension was 44mil/4years back when he was injured all the time)

Morey also went out to overpay for Capela who is inconsistent. He cannot create consistently without Harden/CP3 and isn't as dominant as a DeAndre Jordan defensively when he was still on the Clippers. I would've rather us signed a contract with DeAndre if Capela refused a lower offer. No other team out there wanted to pay him the money but somehow we gave him all the leverage.

So you've determined that Ennis , the guy that is shooting 38% on threes (2nd on the team among rotation players) is continually missing threes?

You've pinpointed that those two 3 pointers that he's missing per game is the problem? Thanks for the keen insight. A less knowledgeable person might have believed that Gordon missing 6 threes per game or Paul missing 4 per game or Green missing 3.5 per game would have been more of a problem.

Thanks for reminding us that those two 3 point misses per game by Ennis are the real issue.
