You know who actually surprised me by sounding somewhat bright and articulate? Latrell Sprewell. After that choking incident, I thought he was the biggest thug of them all, but perhaps that's not the case. I'd probably snap too if my boss yelled in my face all the time like that immature jerk PJ Carlesimo too. As far as dumb athletes go, I don't buy into the idea that you have to be perfectly articulate to be intelligent, esp. after playing three hours of intense sport. If I had to pick a player who I thought just consistently acted like a complete moron in front of the camera though, there's no doubt in my mind: Kevin Garnett. If you want the dumbest sounding athlete I've ever heard, I'd say Jennifer Capriati, the one time teen tennis phenom. If anyone has ever sounded completely stupid, she's the one. Dang, did she sound DUMB!!!! ------------------
