I'd say they're both equal academically, but St. John's definitely has smarter people, or should I say nerdier people. Kinkaid definitely has cooler people. Kinkaid is also much better well-rounded.

Texanskan you were very lucky to be on Spanoulis Party! Do you have good time talking with him? I admire him a lot, because he is really good player but he seems to be really good character too. :)

I got this from Wikipedia on St John's academics:

Wow, those requirements sound like any other high school's. Well I was required to take 3 courses in science...

Besides, isn't St Marks School the best high school in Texas?

I don't see why people aren't talking more about this. Here's the supposed nine-man rotation.

No JHoward!!! Not even off the bench! What happened to finally change JVG's mind?

Yao, Battier and Chuck Hayes manning the 4/5 rotation. Wow. So When our 7'6" center goes out, our 6'6" backup center comes in?

Head is the backup point, at least until Vspan takes it from him.

Will Wells come off the bench, even after he's had a lot of games with us? Perhaps that is his best role.

Houston is in trouble if they have to depend on Head to dribble the ball.

[Aside: Been at Rice and UT, UT is by far the best academic and party school in the south.]

You got Mutombo in there twice (do you mean Spanoulis, Mutombo, Howard?).

My guess is that JLIII, Sura and Padgett will start the season on the inactive list.

Deke will play when we go up against a true center but most teams don't have one so you will see Hayes. I suppose in games vs "true" centers you will see less of Hayes. Also if Novak struggles you might see Scott P.

I wish I could put any confidence in your votes of confidence but after stating the Texans would lead the league in offense, blah, blah, blah I cannot put any faith into anything you say regarding the future.
