I was pretty sure it was if at first you don't succeed, find someone else to blame for your failure.

V-Span did not play well ... pretty much a fact. He may have gotten a raw deal somewhere, but even if he hadn't and his future was still bright here in Houston, we flipped him for Luis Scola ... I get the feeling that may go down as one of the greatest trades in franchise history. V-Span's desire to get out of his contract seemed to have upped his trade value ... in a twisted way, he did us a favor.

Also I enjoy getting an excuse to re-post this:

we talk about ex-rockets here like Horry, The Dream who last played with another team, Casell, Mobley... Clutch is smart enough to figure that out if it's no ok.

People instrumental in the direction this franchise has taken over the past 15 years who have played for other teams: Dream, Drexler, Horry, Cassell, Cat, Franchise, Maxwell, Elie, Malone, Sampson...

Vspan is not on this list. Vassillis Spanoulis was a minor benchwarmer. He is not an ex-Rocket; he's a footnote.

Houston Rockets 2008: Game Action & Roster Moves Anything and everything about the Houston Rockets. Your comments from last night's game, potential roster moves, player quotes and pictures. Hell, the slower people in the group can even talk about ex-Rocket Tracy Murray.

Then will just have to agree to disagree, sir. I don't consider him a Rocket must like I don't consider Curt Schilling an Astro.

Please, Tracy Murray is more of a Rocket than V-Spam will ever be. In fact, he's not even worthy to be mentioned in the same breathe as the great Tracy Murray. T-MUR!

That post by killbillpana had me roflmao. If it's fake, it's a great parody. If it's real, it's just sad to think VSpan would look to Bonzi as a role model.

This always bothers me as well. Why do so many people say that?
