Spam/Website Ads: Have they ever worked on you?

    I use Blur (https://dnt.abine.com/#dashboard), Ad Block Plus and Privoxy on Chrome and I really don't see many spam ads. (sorry Clutch).

    I don't notice any delays on my downloads either but I have 120 mbps on comcast.

    No, only because they're so deliberately incoherent. There was a whole slew of ads that, regardless of the product, had looping clips of black females dancing or whatever, and there are these weird ones about Ellen Degeneres's skin. The kind of sites that put a bunch of Sharethrough links in your history and have scripts that you get prompted to download every three seconds.
