    i just ignore everything and everyone i dont know that pops up in my inbox.

    sometimes i do get tricked and body parts that dont belong to my friends or myself pop up all over my screen.

    I read about this cool add-on for Outlook by Cloudmark. It filters out spam and you can even report spam that it doesn't block and they will update their database. It requires a hole in your firewall though. The best part, it is free. :)
