Well, put it this way. Reagan killed a lot more than the 911 guys.

I agree. Hitler and Stalin knew what they were doing.

    I hate seeing this jingoist crap on the boards. If I don't think Reagan's **** don't stink, I'm anti-American?

It's amazing to see how little people know about US activities in Central and South America. There's a reason that they hate us so much

Actually they don't hate us so much, but unlike most Americans they know exactly what we have been doing down there. Many don't view Reagan as a nice smiley guy who did great things. They know there is much good about this country despite Reagan.

lol i found it funny too, considering innocent people are sent to prison, innocent or not, having this charges filed on you IN ANOTHER country is scary enough, i wouldn't dare fight the charges where i didn't believe i would get an impartial and completely fair trial.

also, does spain ACTUALLY think they will be able to try any of these people??? there is a reason why the us is reluctant to join the ICC, they don't want other nations prosecuting their soldiers and/or leaders for things they may or may not have participated in due to the chain of command

quite ambitious of this lawyer, but he is certainly only trying to make a political statement because there is no way in hell we are going to extradite former cabinet members

Really? Ronald Reagan saddled up his horse for one last Western and took his 6 shooter and killed a bunch of people? I was just a kid, but I somehow missed that.

Reagan rounded up millions based upon religion and built camps all over the US for them to starve to death in? I missed that one too.

Reagan had hundreds of thousands of his own people slaughtered in an attempt to perpetuate his own power? Wow...I must have been sleeping a lot as a child because I missed that too.

Maybe certain people here should tone down the bravado just a bit.

Reagan gave $1 billion to fund Salvadorean death-squad leader Roberto D'Aubuisson, who killed thousands, including Archbishop Oscar Romero:

Reagan gave another billion to the Contras in Nicaragua, where a civil war killed 50,000 people:

Reagan backed and funded a right-wing dictator in Guatemala, where 100,000 people died in a civil war and more were "disappeared:"

So yes, he has plenty of blood on his hands.
