That was awesome. I like how the guy on the left with the pen in his mouth was rolling his eyes when he first started, but by the end, he was laughing and clapping like everyone else.
That's happened before. I remember when Southwest got those yellow tubes that go around your neck in the event of a water evacuation. Back in the old(er) days, your seat was your flotation device. I noticed there was "new material" and I payed attention. But now that's an old hat as well.
It looked like the black guy sitting in the middle of the plane was kind of embarrassed. I was flying on Shenzen Airline, one of the new Chinese airlines that have been spun off from China Air, two years ago and in the middle of the flight the flight attendents led the passengers in calisthenics and then they showed a corporate video for the airline and most of the passengers clapped at the end.

I have a friend who has worked as a flight attendant for Southwest for a long time. Here is her response when I sent the video to her: "I got over the limelight a looooong time ago!!!!! We'll see how chipper he is 21 yrs. later!! I don't think so."
