I'm pretty sure the reaction he was expecting didn't include possibly being kicked off a flight.

I guess these kinds of things happen often enough that I'm surprised when the "victim" is surprised. I'm thinking if I'm wearing a shirt that has some sexual allusion on it, that it's at least possible I'm gonna piss someone off and that there's gonna be a consequence. How many times have we seen that?? In schools? In malls? And every time someone screams First Amendment, they're reminded that Southwest Airlines and Memorial City Mall don't owe you any First Amendment rights. :)

I can see in schools, but I don't think the guy bought the shirt thinking he'd get reactions like that. Hell, I wore a shirt in high school that I had bought in Tahoe that said something like "Buck Nekkid Hunting" or some dumb **** like that, but I honestly didn't expect anything other than a few laughs. I'd never expect to be kicked out of a mall or off an airplane because of a bad fishing/self-gratification pun on my articles of clothing. I could understand if it said something like "**** the police" or something similar.

what happened at memorial city mall? if anything, it is the stores like A&F that sell such shirts. I got rid of all my silly Tshirts when I turned 23.

nothing. i was just using it as a hypothetical. there have been cases involving this stuff in malls, though. when you show up on other people's property it turns out you don't have the right to communicate all the messages you might want to! :)

While dorky, MadMax bears no resemblance to Tobey.

Tale of the tape shows that the Seabiscuit riding Spider Man has got MadMax by a good 20 pounds. :D
