im a huge fan of south park and i think the show is as good as its ever been, but that honestly might be the WORST...EPISODE...EVER. i had to immediately get online to register my disgust. Spoiler the only time i even chuckled was when freddy turned around and he had the grizzly adams beard going. other than that it was a dud.
I haven't seen Inception ...even so, I laughed through the entire episode ......hoarding, Inception, 70s nostalgia ...........what's not to like? "Don't touch my peepee!! I'll give a hoot!" LOL
It might have been ok if they had left the cast of inception out of the episode. They used to be able to poke fun at things without actually involving them The two things I liked were seeing a child version of Mr. Mackey and the random inclusion of Matt Hasselbeck
Only one to actually die too, that was kind of funny, otherwise it was alright, just kind of figured when they did an Inception episode it'd be more creative.
Bad season so far. Last 2 episodes have sucked.... Only part I smirked during the last episode was during the herder scene... Other than that. Lame. Maybe it's because I haven't seen inception. I don't know, but it wasn't entertaining.
If you didn't see Inception, that episode could easily have been the worst one in the history of the series.
Seeing Inception had nothing to do with how crappy of an episode it was. They used to be able to make fun of movies subtly, without bringing the entire cast of said movie into the actual episode. Terribly lame
South Park is not starting to suck, it has sucked for about 4 years now. Classic South Park dies after season 8, when Garrison was turned into a woman. Before that, every episode was an instant classic. Season 9 and 10 still had some great episodes, but not every night. In seasons 11-14, it was a rarity that an episode was good.
havent seen inception and i do think it probably was the worst one in the history of the series. i love the parody episodes and current event stuff and i contend that overall the show is still as strong as ever - but this particular episode sucked. the last couple seasons have had some classics... somalian pirates butters the pimp kanye is a gay fish
Turns out they plagiarized all the Inception lines from a College Humor parody: I think what annoys me the most is that they felt the need to make fun of Inception yet had not even watched it before they made the decision. How do they know that the movie is too complicated and convoluted?
