No offense to Howard, and he's been an absolute beast but if I have to part ways with one of them its going to be bye bye Howard.

Harden younger, Harden is someone to build around.

This blows. The talk should be about coming back stronger next year not talking about the group splitting apart.

Maybe Harden likes things that Howard is not into... strip clubs etc. I see Dwight as more of a home-body like Duncan. You never hear of him in clubs and stuff. So it doesn't mean anything. The get along well on the floor. They seem to have mutual respect. Their styles are not really complementary. They're both number 1 type options so they are not really that great together. Until I hear something concrete from a source, then I would not believe it.

Draymond is amazing. I was downplaying all of that talk about him being a max player, but on the Warriors, he is. He can guard three positions, rebounds like a mother, can hit 3's enough to keep the offensive spacing and is a nice passer.

I never really thought Dwight and James paired well with one another their games just don't work that well together. Harden would be even more amazing with a C like Boogy a guy who can hit a jump shot and doesn't have to crowd the paint

Surely they don't have to be great friends. How many of you played in teams where there were others you thought could've tried harder, or you had different interests etc. I'm not surprised at all and I'm not concerned.
I think it's BS also that Harden hangs with the team and Howard not as much. By that, it would mean Josh Smith doesn't hang out with the team. Aren't he and Howard best friends?
Many great teams have not been filled with 'best friends' - Just look at Pierces comments a few weeks back (ie Ray Allen).

I think Harden would pair better with a star PG. GSW has the splash brothers, we need to create the slash brothers. Harden not good enough to be sole playmaker.

Think cybrex meant harden hangs out with the team and not Howard. Not the team doesnt hang out with Howard

Dwight's gonna ask for a trade next season if Josh doesn't come back.

I don't agree about Harden not being good enough to be the sole playmaker. Our offense would look 10x better if these fools he plays with could hit their shots on a regular basis. He is constantly getting them good looks

they're pro's, they can work it out, they got contracts and that's how this thing works. As a tandem they are in the WCF which means they are on the cusp, they both want to win. handle it like men

    - Both Harden and Howard have maturity issues. I've never been a big fan of either of them, dating back to Harden's days at OKC and Howard's days at Orlando.

    - Harden is soft and often doesn't give 100% effort. I lost some respect for him after he sulked due to not winning the MVP award. Howard plays hard, but he lacks mental toughness. He lets the opponent and even the fans at road arenas get under his skin too much.

    - If this team can get a very good "floor general" type PG this offseason (who can also shoot, create and defend), then that may be the final piece to propel the Rockets to a title next season. The right PG would make life easier for everyone, including Harden and Howard. The offense is so stagnant when Harden hogs the ball so much. It's often a bit irritating to watch.

    - Harden and Howard don't have to be best friends, but hopefully they are at least on decent terms with each other. We don't need a "Team Turmoil" situation. But based on what I see on the court...their games just don't seem to mesh well with each other.

Anyone who's been paying attention knows they never really were great friends. Harden was always with Parsons and now it's T Jones. Go back to last year, when Dwight's out there dancing James isn't really into it they're two different type of dudes. Howard is more fun like a kid and James is more chill. This isn't an issue, they don't have to be best friends they need to win and they'll be fine

Come on man. Cheke has covered for at least 75% of the Lin fan population in providing for unintentional comedy.

I wonder how a Westbrook & Howard combo would work..
Howard seems to do his job in the playoffs, and I think Westbrook would dominate on this team!

I like James but, Harden needs to shave that shame he calls a beard off his face, and grow up.

didnt howard make some comment after game 3 about how he there was a bunch of things he could say, but didnt want to make it sound like he was giving up on his teammate or teammate(s).
