Cyber - asking this because I'm genuinely curious (not poking holes):

These guys are around each other all the time - they travel with each other, they are the two most important pieces of the team (so their success is linked), and they have polar opposite personalities (for example an Alexander McQueen shirt vs cartoon graphics tee).

Don't you kind of expect that they wouldn't be super tight? Is it at the point where they can't be pros and wash it off when it comes to performing?

The reason Dwight hate pick and rolls is because he has butter fingers. He lacks the ability to consistently catch a bounce pass

Howard been in this league hoe long? He has no post game..and had issues everywhere he goes! Harden is turnover prone but we have no point gaurd even with a healthy beverly... and no PF worth a damn.. Dwight has to suck it up or he really going to look soft..

Yeah I didn't understand that either. Might have to do with the awful accountability methods within the team.

Probably happened more, but I only recall one pass from Harden to Dwight yesterday.
And it was a crap pass that ruined an ally opp.
    Wasn't a turnover, just a horrible pass.

If this "fued" is really effecting on court transgressions, Harden is an even worse leader than I thought.

What a shame.... dudes acting like beeootches

Dwight's post-game interview did not sound like a ringing endorsement for his teammates.

He's chasing a championship. And he knows his window is closing fast. Surely he's asking himself if he's ever gonna win a championship with the Rockets.

What happened to the Howard/Harden connection of last year? There seemed to be no chemistry between the two the this year.

He is also thinking, the team I passed on just beat us in 5 and their superstar guard showed no quit all series. Did I make the right choice? Gotta feel for him, but he knows he has a good GM that will better the squad. That Lillard 3 still stings. Think they would have beaten the Spurs and Memphis last year.

    Wilbon on PTI

    Clutchfans lurker here...

Wilbon just said on PTI, after hanging out with the Rockets this series, he doesn't seem to think Harden and Howard have much chemistry.

Much ado about nothing. Shaq and Kobe were always publicly feuding and their feud was worse in many ways, but it didn't stop them from winning championships together.

Indeed. Shaq demanded a trade even if they were winning together. Even their winning couldn't cure their relationship.

I don't believe for a second Harden's and Dwights' relationship has reached that level though.

If Kobe and Shaq didn't feud, they could have won a lot more championships together.

I just find it weird that Harden can throw these perfect lobs to Capela. It seems that Harden and Capela are in sync but the majority of lobs to Dwight are off, It isn't smooth at all besides that one in game 7 against the Clips and game 2 against the Warroirs.

Im not even going to read the OP . I can tell you that this report is BS. Of course Harden and Howard are both in bad moods, their seasons were just ended and they got so close. A few breaks in the first two games and we probably win the series. They need some time to stew and relax. Only minor moves are needed the Rockets are in a great position to contend for the next few years given Harden stays healthy. Relax guys

Difference is that Shaq and Kobe didn't really need to play together. You let Shaq iso and then you let Kobe iso... taking turns. They were so good that this worked for the Lakers.

Harden and Dwight need to play together - to have chemistry. You can't have chemistry if you hate the other guy.
