Why not give them Harden too while we're at it?

There was this one season a few years ago where T-Mac called Rondo the best player in the league.

Do you want to vouch for the Parsons being included statement?

I've been a CyberX (and King Drew) supporter, but NOT buying Parsons being included... unless there is a third team involved and we're getting someone IN ADDITION to Rondo.

It'd be a complete slap in the face to Chandler if we were to ship him to a rebuilding team after he worked so hard to bring us back to relevancy by recruiting Dwight the entire summer. He's been our most consistent player for 2 years now making pennies on the dollar. Morey would look ruthless in the eyes of potential free agent signees if he includes him, not to mention moving Lin 1.5 years after signing and dumping Omer after promising him a starting spot.

I can now understand why it's rumored some other front offices don't like our team.

The reactions to trading Parsons in this thread are comical. Classic case of the home-town fans over-rating their players.

Yes, Parsons is a VERY nice complimentary piece... but Rondo is a Star with a capital 'S'. If giving up Parsons plus picks give you Rondo, then you do it.

Now of course, there's no way Boston will settle for only Parsons in a trade for Rondo. It will probably take something like Parsons + Lin + D Mo + a 1st rounder (not sure about the contracts matching up).

Also laughable in this thread is the notion that Cyberx is some troll who throws BS out there just for fun. His sources were pretty close to verified throughout the Dwight Free Agency saga.

Screw that. Parsons is a glue guy and a budding All-Star. Parsons is nearly untradeable in my book. Throw Lin, Asik and TJones. Parsons better not be traded.

No, not Chandler! I'd give up combo of Lin, Asik, Jones and draft picks, but not Parsons.

That that explanation is full of ****. Morey's organization leaks nothing except what it wants leaked. Where were all of these prognosticators before the Harden trade? Before they shipped off MM? Before PP hit the road? I will tell you where. Nowhere around here. They really are just internet voodoo spirit talkers. Nothing more.

Doesn't Rondo require Rockets totally change their offense, or are they asking him to change his style? I don't see either happening.

Morey knows that the window for a championship is small , he wants to contend this year ... i don't want to give Parsons either but let's not pretend that he convinced Howard to come here.
