I would imagine, with Parsons and Morey being as close as they are (as close as a player and GM could be), that he would be aware and therefore in a more subdued and maybe anxious mood if he thought a deal was going down with him involved. I really doubt he's getting traded. I'm pretty sure Morey was probably trying to gauge Ainge's interests.

I hope this doesn't turn into a James Harden type trade which means the trade will go down in the middle of the night lol

Remember that thread where you said Daryl Morey responded to one of your comments and later in the thread the source was found only to show Daryl Morey didn't go to the schools that were reference by said poster? Fun times, fun times.

Seems too obvious and clear for it to be a docrocket tweet.

No, you don't just state your opinion. You put people down because you think you're smarter than everyone. If you are half as smart as you think you are, you wouldn't spend all day trolling people for no reason.

You can use big words and complex ideas all you want, but your acting like a 10 year old. Not so smart. Probably just an insecure nothing wanting to go to bed feeling like they were a part of other peoples lives today. That's fine, we can give you that win you sad adolescent.

Any time you can add a game changing player, at a decent cost, you do it. Rondo is that, in spades. He is a defensive beast, playing both the passing lanes and man to man exquisitely. Offensively, he is a liability beyond 15 feet and is reluctant to shoot from range, but can probe a defense via the drive expertly. That said, his biggest asset may be his competitive nature, as he refuses to capitulate to competition. In his mind, he is the best PG in the NBA, and when motivated or challenged I would not argue against him. He is capable of ridiculously numbers, yes, but even more important, he is capable of increasing a teams win percentage like no other pg, shy of Chris Paul.

On a team with two elite finishers like Harden and Howard, Rondo is a God send. He would instantly make the Rox title threats, as he doesn't need to score to make an indelible impact on the game...something Harden cannot say. And he has the title chops to prove himself, something no player on the team can say. Additionally, he is in his prime, and may add a consistent midrange game, which would make both he, an
d the team, indefensible. Tack on elite D, and Rondo = championshipS.

I respect your opinion that a Rondo trade "will never happen," because it's as based on fact as anyone elses opinion here, at least at the moment (we're all waiting for a deal by Morey for somebody, whatever that deal(s) turns out to be). What I find hard to understand is why you don't consider Rondo a star? I posted some of his accomplishments earlier (lost in the kerfuffle), and I'm wondering what Rondo would have to do to be considered a star by you. I'm seriously at a loss here.

This X 100000. Post once or twice about how the rest of us are idiots and cyberx knows nothing. But to continue to troll this thread post after post after post is just sad. If you are so intellectually superior shouldn't you have something better to do? Go run a regression analysis on how closely related your douchebag attitude is to you having no life.

Where are you getting these numbers dude?! Lol I can agree with dwight being perhaps a top 2 center with gasol and Hibbert in the mix. Uhmmm hardens a bit of stretch to call a top 3 sg, especially in a playoff scenario where refs hold the whistle and defenses tighten up. Maybe if you don't include George Hill, wade, Thompson, Reggie Jackson, Bledsoe/dragic, Courtney lee, or virtually any player who plays defense, I could see that. Rondo might be even more ludicrous as a top 2 pg. that gave me a chuckle. Uhmmm to name a few, feel free to add any, cp3 Stephenson, dragic/Bledsoe, curry, Westbrook, Parker, Conley, Lin... I mean comon dude, guy can't shoot/make free throws/finish at the rim. Subpar athlete, poor team defense, injury issues... Should I go on? It's easy to get assists when every play starts with you and you can't score. Unfortunately stats don't win games, and neither does rondo. #TeamLove

Side note: don't say he's a proven winner, guy played limited minutes backing up Eddie house of all people because he was seen as an offensive liability.
