I know it's likely in almost any circumstance, but I'd be very, very sad to see DMo go. :(

Not surprising, but I guess if DMo is involved, Jones would stay. Morey has to keep one of them. Any deal looks like one of the young PF's would be gone, in which case I would prefer to keep T Jones.

Really. And when was the last time Rondo graded out to be one of the 10 best point guards in the NBA? And did not the Celtics improve a lot last season after Rondo went down?

Would you rather have Wallace's contract or give up Parsons?

They aren't going to gift us Rajon Rondo.

After you obtain that third star, the contracts don't matter. Your flexibility is gone anyway.

Well if DMo and Asik go, then we better never have to face a team with a big PF in the playoffs or we're done.

sounds good. thanks for looking out.

DMO should be a hot commodity for any rebuilding team. 7 footer with silky smooth post moves?

Why would the Rockets give up Parsons? Have you seen the way this team plays without him? Sure, Rondo could do some of the dirty work and intangibles in Parsons' absence, but the only reason to move Chandler is if he's made it known behind the scenes that he won't resign unless the team gives him an insane amount of money they know they'll never fork over.

Also, if it ain't broke, don't fix it. Sure, the Rockets could easily come out of the All-Star Break and lose a bunch of games given how much tougher the schedule is. But I hate the idea of making major changes to a roster that's won 7 in a row and currently sits at 3rd in a brutal Western Conference.

I think there was a nightly stretch pre Acl where Rondo was outplaying every PG every night head to head. This team needs to keep Parsons at all cost.

Any deal involving Asik, Lin, Jones, 2 first rounders and we will happily take Rondo/Bass.

They're not going to just give Rondo away. Parsons would be included in the deal.

Yeah, that's what I figure. I'd pull the trigger on this, but I'd figure they'd insist on Beverly.

OK. It is obvious that the majority of CF thinks Morey is STUPID. There is no advanced stat basis in the last few years that says that Rondo is even worth giving up Asik for. Plus Rondo has never been successful unless he was surrounded by future HOF players.
