For sure. Don’t see Deandre signing here to back up Capela. We’re also jumping the gun here. I don’t think Dallas has even brought up the idea of buying him out yet. We could always trade for him. It would cost us picks, but Knight + Nene pretty much gets it done, might need one more contract like MCW to make the numbers work.
How many picks though? I would only give up like 1 first rounder at best...and I donno even know if I like that.
DeAndre Jordan isn't going to make or break the Rockets season. The Rockets need a really good swing 3/4 to become available and to fill some depth holes at the 1 and 4.
He may, but ideally would like someone better. Clark is only shooting 32% from the field. That isn't going to cut it for a team competing for a championship.
We'll see, only time will tell. I think that shot is the only thing stopping him right now. And all the evidence points to him being a net positive on the floor, so we'll see whats up as the season goes along.
2 would be a no brainer for Dallas, not so much for us. It really depends where we are and where they are when the time comes to make that decision. If we start rolling and and somehow grab a solid 3/4 from the buyout market, then I wouldn’t be surprised if Morey gets aggressive with Knights contract and picks. But if things keep going the way they are, where we’re up and down, then I don’t anticipate us willing to part with picks.
If it's not Ariza, I wouldnt expect anything from the buy out market tbh. And honestly, I dont get why Morey thinks its so important but ehh, he knows what hes doing.
We just need to upgrade from Knight Chriss MCW Zhou Hartenstein And turn all these players into people who can contribute
